Coaching Program Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: when purchase is completed
Timeframe: 16 weeks

By enrolling in or participating in this THE LILY HOLMES coaching program Alchemy Mastermind, you (the "Client") agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Coaching Services:

Jesica Lily Holmes ("Coach") agrees to provide coaching services to the Client. Coaching is a partnership between the Coach and the Client, focusing on the Client's professional growth and development within a GROUP setting of a mastermind nature.

2. Coach's Responsibilities:

The Coach will provide support and guidance to the Client during the coaching sessions.
The Coach will maintain the confidentiality of all information shared by the Client during the coaching relationship, except where required by law.

Florals and Fika/Lily Holmes Does not and cannot provide any guarantees regarding results or earnings associated with our information, courses, programs, masterminds, mastercourses, coaching, plans, tools, or strategies.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that no individual or aspect of Florals and Fika/Lily Holmes has made any implications, warranties, promises, suggestions, projections, representations, or guarantees of any kind regarding future results or earnings. This includes any assurances that you will earn any money in connection with your purchase of Florals and Fika/Lily Holmes programs, trainings, masterclasses, mastercourses, or coaching. Furthermore, we have not granted authorization for anyone else to make such implications, promises, or representations on our behalf. It is essential to note that there are no guarantees of specific results or future earnings.

3. Client's Responsibilities:

The Client is responsible for their own decisions and actions during and after the coaching relationship.
The Client agrees to be open, honest, and willing to participate actively in the coaching process.

4. Session Schedule:

The Coach will provide details of scheduled sessions to the Client. It is to the Coach's discretion as to the times and dates of calls taking place.

The number of participants that will be able to ask questions on a single call will vary depending on the quantity of participants on the call live (meaning the Client may not be the one in the hot seat asking a question every single time given the group setting)

5. Payment and Fees:

The Client agrees to pay $4,000 in full.
Payment is due before the commencement of coaching sessions for paid in full.
Payment plans must be paid in full and on-time. Access from content will be revoked if payments are not completed 14 days after the payment is due.
Refunds are not available regardless of participation or the client choosing to exit the program.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

The Client must provide at least 3 hours' notice for any 1:1 session cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the session. The Coach may reschedule a session to their discretion; in which case the Client will be notified in writing.

7. Termination:

Either the Coach or the Client may terminate the coaching relationship at any time with written notice.
The Client will be responsible for payment for the whole container regardless of early exit by the client.

8. Confidentiality:

All information shared between the Coach and the Client is confidential unless disclosure is required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability:

The Coach is not liable for any actions or decisions made by the Client as a result of coaching.
The Client understands that coaching is not a substitute for professional advice, therapy, or counseling.

10. Intellectual Property: - Any materials, resources, or content provided by the Coach are for the Client's personal use and may not be shared or reproduced without permission.

11. Governing Law: - These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australian Jurisdiction.

12. Entire Agreement: - These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Coach and the Client and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

By enrolling in or participating in Alchemy Mastermind the Client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
