Coaching Program Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: when purchase is completed

By enrolling in or participating in this THE LILY HOLMES coaching program, you (the "Client") agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Coaching Services:

Jesica Lily Holmes ("Coach") agrees to provide coaching services to the Client. Coaching is a partnership between the Coach and the Client, focusing on the Client's professional growth and development.
2. Coach's Responsibilities:

The Coach will provide support and guidance to the Client during the coaching sessions.
The Coach will maintain the confidentiality of all information shared by the Client during the coaching relationship, except where required by law.
3. Client's Responsibilities:

The Client is responsible for their own decisions and actions during and after the coaching relationship.
The Client agrees to be open, honest, and willing to participate actively in the coaching process.
4. Session Schedule:

The Coach will provide details of scheduled sessions to the Client
5. Payment and Fees:

The Client agrees to pay the coaching fees as outlined in the checkout page.
Payment is due before the commencement of coaching sessions for paid in full.
Payment plans must be paid in full and on-time. Access from content will be revoked if payments are not completed 14 days after the payment is due.
Refunds are not available regardless of participation.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

The Client must provide at least 3 hours' notice for session cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the session.
6a. Calibrate Membership

There is a 3-month lock-in period for Calibrate Membership for Tier One, Two and Three. The monthly subscription payment will be taken monthly following the same date as confirmation of purchase.
After the three month lock-in period, the client may cancel by contacting the coach.
Failure to pay on time will result in revoking access until payments have been made in full and on time.
7. Termination:

Either the Coach or the Client may terminate the coaching relationship at any time with written notice.
The Client will be responsible for payment for the whole container regardless of leaving the container early.
8. Confidentiality:

All information shared between the Coach and the Client is confidential unless disclosure is required by law.
9. Limitation of Liability:

The Coach is not liable for any actions or decisions made by the Client as a result of coaching.
The Client understands that coaching is not a substitute for professional advice, therapy, or counseling.
10. Intellectual Property: - Any materials, resources, or content provided by the Coach are for the Client's personal use and may not be shared or reproduced without permission.

11. Governing Law: - These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australian Jurisdiction.

12. Entire Agreement: - These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Coach and the Client and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

By enrolling in or participating in THE LILY HOLMES the Client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
